Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you have 7 days cooling off period from the day after you receive the goods, you can return the goods at your own cost (if the goods are faulty we will pay the shipping) for any reason including if you just "change your mind" and receive a full refund within that 7 day period. After 7 days we may still accept your items for return but certainly no later than 28 days.

If you wish to return an item please contact us us first by phone or email and let us know the item is coming back. 

Then return the item - our advise is to use a tracked service such as "Royal Mail Signed For" we must stress its your responsibilty for the returned items and we will not accept any claim for items not delivered if you have not got a tracking number. We know from experiance that goods put in the normal post dont always get delivered.

Please make sure a copy of your receipt is sent with the item.

We will refund you your money to the original payment method within 30 days.

UK Mainland Shipping

We ship DM7005, 7010, 7020, 7025 & 7030 via Royal Mail "Signed For", this service can take up to approx 5 working days, normally they are delivered quicker than this but occasionally it can take longer especially at peak times of the year such as the run up to Christmas when the post service is very busy.

DM7035 & 7040's will be sent via APC Overnight

DM7050 come direct from the manufacturer and can take approx 2-3 working days. 

We offer SAT AM Deliverys at an additonal premium.

Most demisters are delivered within 2-3 working days, if you need them in an urgent manner its best to inform us via the telephone on 01274 568 536 or send an email to sales@mirrordemisters.co.uk telling us they are urgent, otherwise we will not know!

Oversea's Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates and contact you before despatching with the additional cost.  At this stage you can either accept the shipping charge or reject the order and receive a full refund.
